Scope before quote
Website pages, calls to action, resources, audits, samples, and consultations are invitations to start a scoped conversation. They are not a binding proposal, quote, or commitment until SEOH confirms a written scope, timeline, and commercial terms.
Direct-contact intake
SEOH uses email, phone, and contact-page deep links for intake. Please include the service area, market, audience, urgency, website, compliance constraints, and white-label needs so the request can be reviewed manually.
Range-based pricing and no automatic acceptance
SEOH may publish starting ranges for planning purposes. Final pricing, payment terms, timelines, deliverables, and acceptance still require a written scope. Submitting an enquiry, booking a conversation, or requesting a sample does not guarantee acceptance, availability, delivery dates, specific pricing, or a specific service outcome.
White-label confidentiality
White-label and agency support can be handled invisibly, co-branded, or specialist-led depending on the agreed model. Confidentiality, client ownership, reporting access, and public attribution must be agreed in writing before delivery begins.
AI search and marketing outcomes
AI search platforms, answer engines, ad systems, social platforms, and search results change frequently. SEOH does not warrant rankings, AI citations, answer inclusion, traffic levels, conversion rates, platform approval, or revenue outcomes.
Compliance-sensitive and adult-industry work
Adult-industry and compliance-sensitive work is limited to lawful 18+ businesses and must respect consent, likeness rights, platform rules, payment policies, advertising restrictions, and applicable law. SEOH may decline work that creates legal, ethical, platform, or brand-safety concerns.
Cookies, analytics, and privacy
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, visitor preferences, analytics, session replay, heatmaps, product analytics, Web Vitals, browser errors, console logs, surveys, IP/device signals, network diagnostics, and marketing measurement. Non-essential analytics run only after consent and deployment flags. Privacy and data handling are explained in the privacy and cookie policies.
