This page describes public website governance. Client work, private audits, and confidential scopes may use stricter review rules in the signed scope.
Authorship and ownership
Public resources are written or reviewed under SEOH founder accountability. When a page discusses services, pricing, AI search, adult-safe marketing, local visibility, or compliance-sensitive work, the claim should be traceable to visible page copy, schema, source material, or a documented internal scope rule.
Review cadence
Core service, pricing, legal, support, and resource pages are reviewed when the service model changes, when crawl or analytics evidence shows a quality issue, or during scheduled SEO/GEO audits. Date-sensitive pages should expose updated metadata or visible dates where the template supports it.
Sourcing and claim limits
SEOH avoids ranking guarantees, unsupported performance promises, invented credentials, and unverifiable client claims. External references should support context rather than replace SEOH's own explanation, and confidential client work should be described without exposing protected names, data, or deliverables.
Corrections and reader reports
Readers can report factual errors, broken links, outdated examples, accessibility issues, or translation concerns through the contact or support page. SEOH reviews correction requests manually and updates the page, support path, or backlog when the evidence justifies a change.
AI-assisted content
AI tools may help draft, translate, audit, or structure content, but public claims still require human review before publication. AI-generated or AI-assisted assets should not create fake proof, fake credentials, hidden instructions, or unsupported performance claims.
