SEOH reviews the request, verifies authority to act for the account, checks legal or contractual retention duties, and confirms what can be cancelled, revoked, deleted, exported, or retained.
Response path
Requests are handled manually by WhatsApp or email. SEOH will confirm the requested action, any remaining billing or contract constraints, and whether portal access or storage records were changed.
