Start from facts visitors can see, then map only those facts to structured data and supporting page links.

Choose one page and record the public organization, person, service, location, or product facts it actually states. Note the page location and the internal source owner for each fact.
Record the proposed schema type and property, the exact visible page passage that supports it, and any required value that is missing. Leave unsupported properties out.
Run the page through a structured-data validator. Record errors and compare names, URLs, and core facts across related pages. Assign each correction to the person who owns the source information.
