Plain-language operating terms.

Active operating standard. This page explains SEOH's current boundaries in plain language. It is not legal advice or a substitute for attorney review, and it may be updated as laws, platforms, processors, or client requirements change.

General prohibited use

Do not use SEOH's website, resources, communications, or services for illegal activity, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, spam, deceptive marketing, malware, unauthorized access, scraping, credential abuse, or attempts to disrupt the website or another service.

Truthful engagement information

Prospects and clients must provide accurate business, ownership, audience, offer, market, and compliance information. Do not ask SEOH to hide material risks, misrepresent claims, publish unsupported proof, impersonate another party, or work around known legal, platform, advertising, or payment restrictions.

Adult and creator vertical standards

SEOH only considers adult and creator-vertical work for lawful 18+ businesses. Any engagement must respect age verification, performer consent, likeness rights, platform policies, advertising policies, payment-processor rules, and non-explicit brand-safety boundaries.

AI, likeness, and impersonation limits

SEOH does not produce or support non-consensual AI content, unauthorized deepfakes, impersonation of real people, misleading endorsements, content involving minors or underage-looking subjects, or explicit material intended for mainstream platforms that prohibit it.

Data, assets, and account access

Clients are responsible for sharing only assets, data, credentials, analytics, and account access they are authorized to use. SEOH may refuse materials that appear stolen, unlawfully collected, privacy-invasive, misleading, or outside the agreed scope.

Platform and payment-rule compliance

SEOH does not help bypass platform moderation, ad policies, search quality rules, payment-processor rules, sanctions restrictions, or age-gating requirements. Strategy and copy must stay within the rules that apply to the client's market, platform, and offer.

Declining or ending work

SEOH may decline, pause, or end work that conflicts with this policy, applicable law, platform rules, payment rules, consent expectations, brand-safety boundaries, or the agreed scope. SEOH may also request clarification before continuing work when compliance risk is unclear.

Reporting concerns

Concerns about misuse, policy violations, or compliance risks can be sent through the contact page. SEOH reviews reports manually, may request additional context, and may remove access, decline work, or update this policy when needed.
