List the owned website, search, referral, and social routes you plan to use. Record each destination URL, the current policy source and date checked, and who will review unclear restrictions.
For each permitted channel, record the dates, public post or landing-page URL, clicks, and any conversions your own reporting can verify. Keep consent and asset-rights status with the responsible owner; exclude private fan identities, messages, and identity documents.
