The website is adapted for display in common browsers and for use on mobile phones.

Assistive technology

The site's navigation and structure are designed to be friendly for visitors who use screen readers and additional assistive equipment.

Voluntary accessibility effort

Although the business is not currently subject to a mandatory website accessibility obligation, we have chosen to make every effort to provide an accessible website.

Purchase and delivery adjustments

Requests for accessibility adjustments during a purchase and/or delivery through the site are welcome.

At this stage, calls are answered directly and there is no telephone switchboard.

In-person service

In-person reception is available Sunday through Thursday, 08:00-17:00, at 5 HaGefen Street, Ramla.

At the request of a customer with a disability, we will provide service while allowing assistance from a service animal or a companion on the customer's behalf.

Emergency evacuation

At this stage, the shelter is not accessible to customers who use wheelchairs.
